Sam Drazin on Social Emotional Learning

As a result of the current health crisis, many schools have closed and moved to distance learning. Now more than ever, students need opportunities to develop critical social-emotional skills for well-being. Social-emotional learning (SEL) is a critical part of every child’s education and can be nurtured even when students are not in school. SEL is a framework for helping students develop critical skills for how they interact with others, manage their own emotions and behaviors, and develop into confident, productive, and empathetic individuals. This webinar will provide educators with valuable tips and strategies for how to support SEL of their students in a remote setting as well as how to best implement SEL activities.
